Terms of Service

Effective October 13, 2026 · GS Productions, operated by Garrett Schwindt ("we", "us")

1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website and of the creative services offered by GS Productions. By using the site or ordering work, you agree to them. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The service

GS Productions produces creative work — such as short video ads, social media images, starter logos and brand kits — from a written brief you provide, delivered digitally. Production is AI-assisted and we disclose that. We state facts in delivered work only from your brief or your public website; you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for your right to use any assets you upload.

3. Payment

Prices are shown at order time and charged through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, orders are one-time purchases. If a delivered piece doesn't match the brief, tell us within 7 days and we will revise it or refund it.

4. Rights in delivered work

Once paid in full, you may use the delivered work for your business without restriction and without attribution. Because parts of the work are AI-generated, some elements (for example, "starter logos") may not be eligible for copyright registration in the United States; we sell them as usable assets, not registered marks. We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or our services for anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing, and you may not order work that impersonates another person or business or that you don't have the rights to request.

6. Third-party platforms

Where we publish or manage content on third-party platforms (such as TikTok or YouTube) for ourselves or for you, that use is also governed by those platforms' own terms, and we may decline work that would violate them.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Maine.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version at this URL with a new effective date; continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
