Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026 · GS Productions, operated by Garrett Schwindt ("we", "us")
Who we are
GS Productions is a small video studio operated by Garrett Schwindt, an individual in New Gloucester, Maine, USA (not a company). This policy covers this website (gsops.app), our sample-ad pages at studio.gsops.app, the emails we send to businesses, orders, and our use of platform APIs (Google/YouTube, Meta and TikTok).
This website
gsops.app is static. It has no accounts, no forms, no analytics scripts and sets no cookies. Our hosting (Cloudflare and our own server) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), used only for security and troubleshooting and kept briefly.
Emails we send to businesses
- We make sample video ads for US small businesses and email the business about them. To do that we read the business's own public website: what it sells, its public address and the business email it publishes there. We do not buy lists and do not use other sites, maps or review sites.
- We keep the business name, that public email address and a record of the emails we sent and any replies.
- Every email names us, gives our postal address and has an unsubscribe link; replying "stop" works too. When a business opts out we keep only the address on a do-not-email list, so we never email it again.
Sample-ad pages (studio.gsops.app)
Each sample ad has its own private page. When it is opened we record that it was viewed (and whether the visit looked like an automated preview), how much of the video played, and whether a checkout button was clicked, with the time. We do not store visitors' IP addresses, set cookies, or use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Unordered sample pages and their videos are deleted 30 days after our first email.
Orders and payments
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We keep what a customer sends in the order form (contact name and email, wording, logo and photos) and use it only to make, deliver and support the order.
Google and YouTube data
We use the YouTube Data API to upload and schedule videos on our own YouTube channel, and Google Drive to store our own working files. We access only our own Google account; we do not request or receive other people's Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By watching our videos on YouTube you are also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok
We use Meta's and TikTok's developer APIs to publish and schedule our own posts on our own Facebook Page, Instagram account and TikTok account. When an account is connected we receive basic account information (such as its ID, name and avatar) and access tokens that let us post to it. We use these only to operate our own accounts. Tokens are kept in access-restricted files on a server we own and are never shared. You can revoke TikTok access under Security > Apps and services in TikTok, and Meta access under Business Integrations in Facebook settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles. We share it only with the services that run the business (Stripe for payments, Zoho for email, Cloudflare for hosting, Google for YouTube and Drive, and the platforms we publish to) and when the law requires it.
Your choices
Ask what we hold about you or your business, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
Children
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
